The Hispanic-Serving Institutions Education Grants (HSI) Program supports Hispanic-Serving Institutions to enhance their ability to carry out education, applied research, and related community development programs, encouraging innovative proposals to impact and become models for other institutions regionally or nationally.
Who can apply
- A Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI) must, at the time of application, certify that it is an eligible institution as defined in the program guidelines, with at least 25% undergraduate full-time Hispanic enrollment.
