Efforts toward decarbonisation are often fragmented, with few vertically integrated solutions. In Türkiye, there's a complete lack of net-zero alcohol production initiatives beyond bottled mineral water. Climate change threatens agricultural yields, especially for fruits and herbs essential to beverage production.

Seven Sleepers uses geothermal energy to power the entire production chain—from brewing to farming—creating a fully integrated, net-zero ecosystem. We grow our own ingredients in geothermal-powered greenhouses, ensuring energy efficiency, product quality, and local sourcing. Our team develops proprietary geothermal and distillation systems in-house, reducing costs and emissions. AI-powered digital twins will monitor and optimize all processes, offering traceability and performance analytics.
