Numondial integrated Global M2M IoT Communication Security Platform to its own Baklava Omnichannel Communication Platform to assure a seamless H2M communication experience. On 2021 we have integrated MSA (Manufacturing Streaming Automation) Seksek 4.X and AI , ML, NN, DL based prediction maintenance platform developed through our partners Knowtion Germany and Shiratech Israel. We integrated icomox sensor array boxes to this prediction platform to collect data from mechanical and electrical devices as temp, vibration, noise, 3d accelerometer, 3d magnetic fields, optical sensors, and gas sensors. We cooperate with German Knowtion ( https://www.knowtion.de/en/welcome/ ) on prediction maintenance and digital twin using their algorithms and mathematical models (patented). We develop new AI ML solutions for industry and predictive maintenance by integrating our IoT arrays, communication, and security platforms.

Problem

Maintenance failures and downtime of mission-critical infrastructures cause unrecoverable loss and issues and they are geographically distributed around the country. Collection of meaningful data, communication between these remote locations and datacenter, OT security, the massive size of big data and lack of critical data , near real time AI ML processing that cannot be measured directly are the real issues.

Çözüm

We have developed our own IoT sensor array boxes and we covert remotely big data to meaningful small data . We process the resistance of gas sensors, temperature and rate of flow to detect automatically the deviations and errors in the switching process of on board tap changer (OLTC) and to estimate not directly measurable values ( eg gas concentration in transformer oil)
