Problem

Pipeline and facility operators often struggle with fragmented data, disconnected workflows, multiple databases, and limited visibility across their integrity management programs. As a result, critical decisions may be delayed, inconsistent, or based on incomplete information.

1. NIPA combines above-ground inspection technologies, pipeline records, GIS information, cathodic protection data, predictive analytics, and machine-learning models derived from ROSEN's global Integrity Data Warehouse. The integrated assessment identifies integrity threats, deterioration trends, and high-risk locations without interrupting pipeline operations. 2. TBIT Ultra utilizes high-resolution Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) technology combined with automated defect recognition and sizing algorithms to inspect tank floors with a high level of sensitivity and coverage. The system provides quantitative information on metal loss, including small corrosion features and pitting, enabling data-driven maintenance and repair decisions. 3. NIMA IM provides a centralized Asset Integrity Management platform that consolidates inspection results, operational data, risk assessments, integrity evaluations, GIS information, and management workflows into a single digital environment. The platform supports the entire integrity management lifecycle, from risk identification to mitigation planning.
