Problem

We found that commercial spaces and industries spend up to 30 percentage of their OPEX on energy bills, the next highest after rentals. Post-pandemic and inflation effects, COOs and Facility managers are under pressure to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. Also, there is an increased focus on looking at ways of reducing carbon footprint. Most of the available solutions just provide IoT and analytics to your usage, like an analysis post-event rather than during the usage. Few other solutions involve either high CAPEX or heavy infra changes. But there isn't a solution where companies can benefit with Immediate effect.
