Actimi offers an innovative SaaS platform for reimbursed real-time telemonitoring of chronic diseases. With certified medical device integration to both patient and doctor platform both unplanned hospitalization and mortality rate will be reduced. The management of chronic diseases is one of the most challenging problems for modern healthcare systems: It's causing an enormous financial burden for society and reduced quality of life for patients. The key issue is that doctors are seeing patients infrequently (around every 4 months) while the illness can deteriorate from stable to critically ill within 5 days. Actimi wants to stop the suffering of the patients by offering a platform for reimbursed real-time telemonitoring, allowing doctors to intervene immediately. Germany is the first country in Europe to reimburse telemonitoring of the chronic heart failure since January 2022.
