Problem
Machines and robots that manufacture parts stop for various reasons some of which are: Lack of a sub-assembly part Part is not qualified for the quality standards Unknown machine errors When a robot or machine stops, related personal informed by an email or a very primitive error lamp that presents at the factory ceiling. This old-fashioned method leads to long delays in fixing the error or even missing it. This causes a significant drop in factory manufacturing efficiency
Solution
Our solution is to provide a smartwatch for each related personnel and accompanying software to establish solid communication inside the factory. Our main server integrates to the factory database. In case of a robot/machine error, our software acquires error info from the database and delivers an error message to the smartwatch of related personnel. Once the message received, the smartwatch vibrates and visually notifies the related personnel by making him/her impossible to miss the error.
