Problem
In the construction sector where large projects are carried out, there are difficulties during the implementation of the planned project on the site with the effect of many changes in the project. As a result of the difficulties experienced here, planning and field practices could not progress together and inefficiencies in time use were revealed. This distinction causes the flow of information to not proceed properly, which creates serious additional costs for manufacturers and delay penalties.
Solution
After transferring the project construction drawings to three dimensions in construction projects, we will develop software that will assist decision support processes by combining with time (business plan), quantity and cost data to ensure the pre-production determination of the problems encountered in these projects and keeping the data flow accurate and up to date throughout the project.
