Turkey ranks 4th in the world in potato and apple production. Over 4 million tons of production is realized. According to the data of the Niğde Potato Research Institute, 15% of the potatoes and apples produced annually are thrown away.
Solution
We, as Raw Material, provide a sustainable, circular economy by using the valuable components in these wastes and transforming the remaining part into compost.
