Solution
Different wastes arise in many industrial sectors in our country. If not evaluated, these wastes create both economic loss and environmental pollution. Fish wastes constitute a large part of these wastes. In the fish processing industry, 40% of the fish is suitable for human consumption, while 60%, especially the skin, head and skeletons, comes out as waste. These wastes contain around 30% collagen protein. We create solutions for individuals who want to consume healthy and high-quality protein products, by evaluating the fish wastes that occur in the enterprises.
