Problem
In commercial buildings; every occupant has various thermal comfort levels, and current building automation systems cannot offer any solution. This causes almost $1 productivity loss per employee per hour; just because of occupants are facing thermal comfort issues. Furthermore; since we heat, cool and ventilate our buildings without sufficient data; our systems keep running in mostly underutilized spaces; which causes millions of dollars of loss in a large scale building annually.
Solution
Sensgreen collects data about room conditions in the building via wireless sensors and also data about user thermal comfort via mobile apps on building users' phones. These data are processed by AI and energy optimization algorithms. As the outputs of these algorithms, Sensgreen sets rooms' temperature to the most optimized point that maximizes thermal comfort and minimizes energy usage in the room.
