Ultimate problem of the customer is to find efficient solution for digital transformation of their manufacturing machines to increase efficiency. Solutions with Big Data & AI have difficulties to capture behavior of the system. It needs many sensor investment and long data collection period (~6 months) with no guarantee to increase a certain amount of efficiency.
Solution
Simularge uses mechanical engineering simulations to mimic behavior of the manufacturing machines. Simulations have math formulas in it to reflect the behavior and do not need vast amount of data to capture it. Simularge creates simulation apps to test many scenarios virtually and finds most efficient scenario that increases manufacturing efficiency. Apps are integrated with few IoT sensors to match the App to the real system. Theory behind is well-know and there is no Big Data requirement.
