Simurg Resilience is a Risk and Resilience Decision Support SaaS Platform working on the cloud. The purpose of the platform is to inform the user about the risk of the building under the earthquake hazard with preliminary assessment methods. SimurgResilience, Earthquake Risk and Resilience Decision Support Software, estimate the damages that may occur in the RC structures for the earthquake hazard of the DD2 design level (or MCE) and calculates casualties for different time of the day for the buildings with medium and heavy damage and economical losses. The platform also calculates the earthquake risk with artificial intelligence and calculates the resilience curves which lets the decision-makers know how much the capacity of the building may reduce during a design level or maximum considered earthquake for the site in Turkey. All results can be investigated via interactive maps. IoT technology and image processing integration with drones will be implemented in the next step.
