Problem

Industrial heating systems still rely heavily on fossil-fueled steam boilers, which are inefficient, costly, and carbon-intensive. These systems also involve complex piping, flash steam losses, and separate infrastructure for heating and cooling, leading to unnecessary energy and water waste. Transitioning to electrified alternatives is often limited by the lack of scalable, high-temperature, and integrated solutions.

Solution

Our system is a compact, high-temperature heat pump capable of producing process steam up to 150°C using electricity only. It integrates heating and cooling in a single modular unit, eliminating the need for centralized boilers, flash steam setups, and complex piping. The solution allows direct process-level steam generation, reducing energy and water losses and simplifying operations.
